SHIPPING POLICY

All products will be shipped via Standard Shipping only.

We will only ship to the address provided in the billing address or shipment address upon confirmation of purchases. Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address and reachable phone number when completing payment for your order.

If you have any additional request or changes, please contact info@pixel-shop.at. Customers will be responsible for any associated charges

Note: All shipping address change or order change request have to be made within 3 days upon the date of your order transaction.

If request of change in shipping address is made after the shipment have been sent out from our warehouse, customer will be responsible for any associated charges.

Shipping Restrictions

The following destinations are not accepted as a valid shipping address:

  • Post-Office Box
  • Hotels
  • Motels or resorts

The courier service will only deliver shipments during office hours from 9am to 5pm weekdays ONLY.

Customers will have to pay any Import duties & VAT if applicable.

Usually, time in transit is estimated to be 2 – 3 business days in the EU..

We reserve the right to use any courier to accomplish delivery and do not restrict ourselves to the ones on listed above.

Shipping Charges WILL be declared on the commercial invoice

RMA Services

Return Policy

    • A returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number must be issued for all returns.
    • When returning product, place RMA number on packing slip & shipping label only. Do not write RMA number on boxes. Use a shell or outer box, if necessary.
    • Credit will be issued only for returned items which references an RMA number. If there is a problem or delay issuing credit, the tracking number must be provided to Pixel Shop.
    • Product must arrive at Pixel Shop within 30 days of the RMA being issued.
    • Items received outside of stated timeframe or in unacceptable condition will not be credited and will be returned to reseller at their own expense.
    • Refused shipments must be reported to Pixel Shop within 2 days of refusal.
    • A restock fee will be charged on all incomplete product returns which Pixel Shop can make factory complete.
    • Cross shipment of RMA product must include a replacement Purchase Order and your account must be in good standing.
    • The Pixel Shop reseller is liable for the condition of the returned product.
    • If the product is tested and there is no problem found, reseller will be subject to a 50.00 € fee.
    • Approved RMA’s will be credited to your normal credit terms with Pixel Shop.

Products Pixel Shop Will Not Accept for Return

    • Broken case media, print heads, and software.
    • Products not purchased from Pixel Shop.
    • Purchases or RMA’s issued over 30 days.
    • Referencing RMA number is not included with the return.
    • Special Order, custom configured, discontinued, or obsolete
